THE SHORT FILM HAS DROPPED! 🎬

I have been waiting for IWD to share a sneak peek, of the amazing short film we've had produced by Asiya Sutton.on our Bristol workshop -
SOFT STRENGTH SESSION - BOXERCISE FOR CREATIVE SOULS 🥊

When Asiya contacted me to suggest producing a film about the Warrior Women Project, we got excited pretty quickly. We wanted to showcase and bring to life what a beautiful sight it is seeing women empowered, shining in all their authentic light.

This film goes beyond any words I could share, and truly captures the energy of the soul work and energy shifts that happen in our spaces. The power of therapeutic movement, and in this case, boxercise, for strengthening mind-body connection is a sight to behold.

This clip showcases the lovely Imogen, sharing some beautiful words towards the end of our workshop together about using movement to connect with inner strength.

We're planning on organizing a local viewing here in North Devon, to celebrate the project and the wonderful who features in the film and generously shares her experience of classes.
Keep your eyes peeled!

It's been such a pleasure being part of this event - all about promoting how Schema Therapy can be applied to everyday life.

Sarah Pagdin Susan Simpson and Dr. Robert Szymanek have worked relentlessly to make happen and it's been amazing to hear of the donations raised for two brilliant Ugandan Mental Health Services.

I've personally gained so much from accessing talks from a plethora of experienced and creative clinicians, all using schema therapy in their own unique way; from coaching music, dating, understanding your innate temperament, dancing, finding more joy in life, dog training, and much more!

You can still register by offering a donation and access the talks here:

We're open to exploring new venues for our boxing therapy classes! We would like to try a range of different venues and are pretty open minded!

Where do you reckon we should try?

2026 workshops with us are going to be looking a little different.

I'll be spending the next couple of months weaving in ideas and movement exercises to embrace and tune in to vulnerability, while also connecting with strength.
What amazing bodies we have as humans, to be able to hold multiple experiences at once 😍
...And I'm so excited to play with these new ideas together this year!

DID SOMEBODY SAY FREE THERAPY!?

Excited to announce that I'll be crafting and creating a
new FREE package on breaking out of old coping patterns through using movement, heart and grit!
I'll be mixing and remixing content that we know works, through our tried and tested pilots and evaluations of boxing therapy. I'll also be sprinkling in some of my favourite schema therapy and polyvagal techniques to pack a nervous system punch! 🥊

I can't wait to share this beautiful creation with you.
I've set myself a deadline of the end of February, so keep your eyes peeled!

How exciting!!

A big heartfelt thank you from me to all of the warrior women out there.

As a facilitator, it's my role to hold the space, help it feel safe enough, stay attuned to the needs of the group. That is all true. But the classes I've run over the last two years have been much more than that.

Warrior women, through holding space for you, I've also learnt to hold space for myself. The community we've built together has affected me at a deeply personal level. I've learnt to embrace the lively and energetic human I am, express myself, say no (and hold it, even when it's hard!). Most of all, I've learnt to value and hold my own needs, as equal to others.

I couldn't have asked for a more generous gift from such an inspiring and amazing community of women! ❤️🧡

I'M TAKING A BREAK 🧡🩷💛💜

A little video from me to say a big thank you and also give you some info on the break I'm taking over the next two months.

We've hosted and shared some amazing and beautiful workshops with you over the last two years. It's now time to harvest the fruits from what we've learnt, and the generous feedback you've given.

Stay tuned for offerings coming from March onwards channeling creativity, softness, movement and strength. Wahoo! 🧡💚🩷

Schema Therapy for life event!

Ever wondered if you could get the benefits from 1:1 therapy from activities you'd normally do in day to day life?

What makes me so excited to be part of this event is that it's all about showcasing just how that's possible, interweaving one of my favourite therapy models, schema therapy, to understand our inner family of parts, connect with joy, authenticity and, ultimately feel more whole.

Tickets available from January 19th.

Live Q and A panel February 16th.

It's going to be amazing!

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about a simple question:

What if schema therapy could do a lot more… for a lot more people?

What if you could take some of that schema therapy “magic” and offer it to someone who could really use it… without needing to go to therapy?

What would you do with that?

That’s exactly why I’m thrilled to be contributing to Schema Therapy for Life!
Talking with lots of joy, laughter and my brimming enthusiasm for how we do this with boxercise, supporting people to connect back to their bodies.

It’s a brand-new four-week online event exploring what happens when we take the schema model we know and love outside the therapy room and apply it in fresh, creative, everyday ways.

We’ll be asking:
“How do you bring the beating heart of schema therapy to the workplace, to performance challenges, to tricky relationships, to our relationship with ourselves and our bodies and to our search for meaning?”

It’s going to be such an interesting conversation - and I’m excited to be part of it.

Over the four weeks you’ll be able to watch presentations, download resources, and join in conversations with presenters and participants. Then we’ll all gather for a live panel discussion shaped partly by the questions you submit along the way.

Who knows…
you might even find a new direction for your own work.

I know I’ve already started seeing new possibilities just by preparing for this.
And what makes this event even more meaningful is the purpose behind it.

Entry is by donation. Funds raised go directly to two grassroots mental health charities in Uganda. Ygeia Foundation Uganda and Youth Partnership Uganda, both work in areas where therapy is rarely accessible and creative community-based approaches are literally saving lives.

If you love schema therapy…
If you’ve ever wished you could do more with it…
If you want to be part of a global conversation with real impact…
Schema Therapy for Life! starts 19 January 2026.

Don’t miss it - I’d love to see you there.
