Sun is shining, flowers are growing… ahhh I’m so glad that spring is finally here! 🌼
Our next children’s active sound bath session will be on Wednesday, 1st of May at 11am. ✨
I hope it’s a sunny one so we can hear the birds in the garden 🌼

Sessions are suitable for children from 6 months to 2 years (ish), siblings of any age are welcome too 💛
Come and join us, make some noise, meet other parents and have fun. ✨😊
As always - your children are welcome to make noise and explore or lie down and rest. It’s all up to them.

Thank you all for coming on Wednesday. It was beautiful to experience the yurt being full of joy 🤍
I’m now away visiting a family so there won’t be any sessions next week. ☺️

Hey!

Let me invite you to this week’s session on Wednesday at 11am.
We will get together in a beautiful sacred yurt, cleansed by me before the session (the energy here is just lovely).
This heartwarming session is open to all parents, grandparents, caregivers, anyone with a baby or a toddler.
I will lead you through a sound bath while allowing your little ones to explore some of the instruments with me as they wish.
Children aren’t supposed to sit still in quiet, so don’t expect that. They are more than welcome to join in 🤍✨.

Who runs Whispering Waves?

✨Hey! My name is Blanka and run the groups.

✨I am a mum to a 4 year old girl.

✨I have over a decade of experience in working with children, young people, parents/families and within the mental health system. Here are just some examples.

✨I worked at nurseries and schools as a personal assistant and teaching assistant and 1 to 1. I delivered therapies to children to help them deal with anxiety and low moods. I used to run summer camps for large groups of children. I worked for a mental health charity 1 to 1 with clients and I managed and trained our volunteers. I have experience in designing well-being programs for people struggling with their mental health, delivering them and supporting people with their individual programs.
