A taster sessions will be
A 20 minute reiki treatment with a 10 minute consultation after.
Cost £25

Have you ever wondered, what will Reiki treatment be? What will it look like?

Here is a short video of one of my recent treatments.

Firstly, I will greet you and get you to fill out all the important forms 📝
Then I give you a breakdown of what reiki is and allow time for questions that you may have 😇
You will also choose an essential oil for the water diffuser 💧
Then we will pull an angel/ oracle card. We will discuss the card chosen and what it means for you 💕
Next I will begin the treatment, I will go to where I feel drawn to 😇
At the end we discuss what I found and what I did in those areas 💙
We also discuss any thoughts or feelings you had during the treatment. 🥰
Finally you will receive after care information ☺️

Treatment is 45 mins
Followed by a 15 min consultation

Here are 12 Simple Tips to release negative energy! 🕊🧘

It is really important that you look after your own energy, there are many people around us who unintentionally or intentionally steal your energy. Leaving you feeling deflated after the interaction. 🫤

It is so important to keep your energy safe and if you notice it has been stolen and replaced with negative energy then to do some of the below to help restore it.🧘‍♀️

You can ask each day for a protective bubble/sheild to surround you and to protect you and your energy🫧. Imagine all negative energy bouncing off your bubble/shield and going straight back to where it came from.

As the world is so busy, it is difficult sometimes to stop and remember to do the steps in the picture below, so let me do it for you.

Book in for a 40 min reiki treatment where I will:

- Help you to experience deep relaxation 😌
