80/20 rule.

The best thing to do is not to have anything bad at all.

But trying to prevent a kid from having nothing is hard and I'm only 8 years in as a parent so I am still learning myself.

So I try to teach 80% good and 20% enjoying the guilty pleasures of life.

I think it's important for your kids to see and participate in exercise as exercise should be a second nature skill that stays with your forever.

And today he tested out a new skill and how to do it, well done buddy.

If you find it hard to change and want a healthy 2026.

The best thing you can do is create challenge and just focus on training and completing them.

8 is best as it is one every 6 Weeks. 4 is minimum.

One of these challenges needs to be so hard that it makes the rest of the year feel easy.

It's the single thing that will get you fit and help you remain fit.

Nice little finisher.

Start with a 30 second plank and roll straight into 30 seconds of sit-ups.

Straight into 25 seconds of planks and into 25 seconds of sit-ups.

Straight into 20 seconds of planks and into 20 seconds of sit-ups.

And for the last set 15 seconds of both.

3 minute Blaster.

Give it a go and feel the burn.
