We have a team of 8 employment specialists accross South Cumbria, Lancaster and Morecambe who are ready to support you through all the difficult steps towards securing the right job for you or helping you to stay in work and get the support you need. We offer between 12 to 18 months of support, we work at your pace and we only ever help you with a job that meets your specific needs. Our programme is evidence based with over 25 years of clinical testing, twice as succesful as other employment programmes and is an important NHS initiative that helps people in their recovery from severe mental illness by supporting them through sustained meaningful work.
