A little food for thought on a Tuesday 🧠

Sometimes MRI reports can sound scary 😳
“Disc bulge.” “Tear.” “Degeneration”…….

Well…. Here is the thing: most of those words describe normal changes that happen as we age — like wrinkles on the inside. 🩻

In many cases, these findings don’t even match your symptoms….. 😣 Many studies show that if we scanned patients who have no pain it would often show some signs of change with a joint. 👩‍⚕️
