We Understand that sometimes appointments need to re arranged. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice If you need to cancel or re schedule your appointment.
🫶Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
🫶Missed appointments without notice maybe charged 100% of the appointment fee.
🫶Repeat late cancellations may require pre payment for future bookings.
This policy allows us to offer appointments to other patients who maybe waiting for treatment.
