Check in on people x
Dont live with regrets x
Everyone can spare 2 minutes, no matter how BUSY you are x
How many people will you check in with, check up on, or will check in, or check up on You ?????

‼💞SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO HAS TOUCHED MY LIFE💞‼
A conversation I had this morning, triggered me momentarily, slightly, and EGO & ANGER rose its ugly head xx
I sat and reflected on my feelings and emotions, aknowledged them and sent them love xx
Then gave thanks to those people who have, by my reception at the time, affected me negativitly xx As they have actually been a positive influence too x
WTF.......... I hear you gasp 🤣😂😂..... shes lost the plot hahaha.
NOPE, I havent, Ive gained peace xx
Those people have taught me how I want to show up in the world, and how I dont xx
Taught me exactly who I am x
Taught me how strong and ressilient I am x
Taught me to allow others to be exactly who they are x
Taught me to simply be resonsilble for myself, my actions and reaction x
Its all about perception xx
Now, thats not to say my life is perfect, nobodys life is, I face challenges each and every day, we all do xx
Will I be challenged again tomorrow, maybe xx
Will I momenterally struggle, probably xx
Life just isnt perfect x
Always reflect, learn and grow xx

So whether you have been a positive supportive inspirational influence who shared your knwoledge and guidance, or what I, at the time percieved to be negative, and possibly called you a TW@T, or worse 😂🤣🤣.
