hi to one and all, today i would like to write about the law of one, this represents the source of all loving life, god or creator. it is also the is said when we are true basics of all phisics and maths. for millions of years this law has been in operation all life is based upon it, i have come to understand we each are a chip off the old block of the sourse or creator how this works is if the creator is at the top of the scale then we are at the other end of its energy which contains all of our evolution this is in each of us as individuals, afor me i tend to see it as in the centre of myself near to the heart,it is said when we remain true unto ourselves and stay in line with this source we thrive when we step away in wrong thought and actions we put ourselves out of line with this wonderous energy. as history has stated we and all of our ancestors have indeed struggled for thousands of years to get it right, what i have come to understand by trusting this energy is simplicity is the key to the universe we have to slow down and place love care and understanding before the must have things , we each need to know the source is ever present in all of us some call it mohamid some call it jesus or god, know it all c0mes from the one source. to any one who meditates i ask that you would go into your meditation with the thought of the law of one and connect up to your true self thankyou for reading this i close in love and light joy.

hello to one and all, this is the first time i have written on this page in this new year. to all light workers every where i say i know it is tough out there trying to get the message across to those who badly need our help. our world seems to be all at sixes and sevens and people are so worried about the economy and the trouble building up around the world. the message here is however tough life seems never give up on the fact that there are realms of higher beings helping us love is ever with us all, hard to believe when you are homeless or are facing eviction from your homes. or have lost your jobs,but let me assure you this is the time to put faith in your self and be positive in the understanding that change is in the air.
just recently my son who was worried about his family budget was told by an enlightened person to light a green candle and put positive thoughts like i know things will get better in every way
he did this every day and his life picked up straight away. green is the colour of the heart chakra this is the chakra which the angels and higher beings encourage us to open why? because we hold all worries in our mind so why not light a green candle and put some positive thought into it. say words like i know my life is going to get better, i know i will find a new job, i know i will find a place to live do this every day, it is said what you put out you get back if you keep saying i know i wont have this or that then you are giving your energy to that thought and that is just what happens and then you say i told you so as if you were a great diviner, but the truth is if you put as much belief into i know things will change then you turn the tide in your favour. For those of you who know how to meditate this is the way to calm the mind. so my friends the best medicine is positive thought. in love and light joy

hi to one and all sorry i have not updated this sight for some time but felt a bit under the weather, however i am back now and have begun healing again. I think the rest did me good for now when i am working in the healing sanctuary it feels as though the energy has gone up a gear. to all light workers every where i send you a urgent message , there are still to many people unaware of what is their right to know, with only six months before the ascension i feel we have to pull together to help people understand the heritage we all have had laid down for us. For those who have no knowledge of what i am speaking about i shall be writing how life
originated from our star friends, the chances are you have all come from one linage or another, Our earth has been helped from the beginning of its inception, many spiritual beings have inhabited this planet over thousands of years, if you would like some proof read a book called The book of Enki by zacharia sitzin he was a historian and archaeologist who had a hand in reading the artifacts uncovered in what once was known as sumeria in this book he gives an account of beings who came from the stars and lived here for thousands of years, these beings seemed to be the ones who created the first human beings by using cells of the life forms already on this world and mixing them with their own, it is a thought provoking book. will write more soon in love and light joy.

hi to everyone have you ever wondered why people are as they are ,well this is because we are each made up of what has impressioned itself in our consciousness, this begins when we come into the world and continues all of our lives. these impressions good or other wise shape who we are The chakra system we each have running the length of our bodies act like little swirling balls of consciouness, each impression is registered by these energy ports, if our experience is not favourable to our peace of mind one or more of these energy ports is put out of balance, and this begins to make us feel dissatisfied or can make us feel unwell. When this happens, and people are feeling unhappy they look to what they think might be the cause, a lot of the time the things they think they want are not always what they need. have you had various arguments with a nearest and dearest which always follow the same root or pattern the problem seems to get better after a blow up, but then the very next time you row it is based on the same problem, this stems from a impression which is not exceptable from your point of view, this problem is very much attached to your emotional system, and untill you can resolve the thought and let go of it, it may return again and again.
This statement has been written to show you that these spiritual new age therapies are truly based on the wellfare of mind body and spirit, as allways if you feel you wish to explore any new age therapy seek it out for it will give a new way of looking at life bblessing to you all joy.

Hi to all my friends, i am writing this because i dont know how many people i have been speaking to who are suffering in one way or another, there seems to be so much negativity in our world even the guides feel it when they come in,and so i felt i would like to say it is a wellknown researched fact when we have prolonged misery in our lives we weaken our immune system however when we have a good belly laugh we build t cells which protect our immune system,
what we need to understand is planet earth whoes consciousness we each lives in also feels our misery and over negative thoughts, what builds and stimulates her growth ,and sustains her through all of the thoughtless rubbish and posions we as a collective pour into her, is when we are happy and at peace so if we want to help our world and ourselves we should be aware how important it is to lighten up and give thanks for what we do have instead of moaning about we dont have blessing to you all joy.

To all people who are interested in what the new age stands for i have a heart felt message deep within your own hearts you truly know you are more than the consciousness of what we have been taught on the earth, if you are aware how much our world is suffering from the lack of understanding the truth of who you realy are now is the time to seek out those who can help you unfold, while you remain asleep their are those whos negative beliefs are making it difficult for many to know about the ascension process the earth need our commitment of care if you love your family your own life give thanks daily to earth for her wonders , she needs every bit of the help you can give blessings to you all joy.

s have kept me very busy, which has not allowed me to produce any
helpful information for those seeking understanding of their own lives path.
Life is very tough for many at this time, and it is easy to slip into a negative thought pattern try to say a affirmation every day , such as i know i am blessed and as long as i keep faith with this thought my life will unfold accordingly

hi to one and all, for the last two weeks i have been undergoing an intense recognition of the qualities we all need to be aware of, my friends from other realms have traveled through my consciousness like a high speed train and sometimes like a churchill tank, the bottom line of this type of contact is this no person can travel through any life without learning value, all that has been laid down for us , and how we treat each other at present shows we are truly in need of help, our world is in need, it is time to take stock, one question i would put to you do you think people wake up each morning and say i know i think i will be unhappy today? of course not yet millions are unhappy, as i have written before you are all much more than you know, be wise my friends seek out the help and understanding ,which is waiting for all of us blessings as always joy.
