MBG are excited to introduce our new bikini competitor Hayley Cooper!!
Hayley is no stranger to working hard in the gym and has already achieved great results training with MBG. We're now ready to take her love for training and nutrition to the next level and show the hard work off on stage!!!! So excited to support Hayley every step of her journey 😃

Stomach is looking amazing- abs not too blocky or showing but perfectly defined!
Shoulders still popping just need to get them lats to pop outwards to highlight her tiny waist !
LEGS - the biggest improvement from pure hard work!!
When Casey started her prep we knew her legs were going to be our main focus. Her hamstring was a long way out and her muscles were hidden.
Casey has done 3 leg workouts a week religiously for the past 2 of months and has recently introduced fasted cardio every morning.
The results for Caseys hard work are as shows!
I am so proud Casey is going to be up on stage for MBG!!!! Making us and herself so proud!!!
2 weeks to go!!!!!!!!
