Following recent government guidelines on social distancing I have made the decision to close the clinic, this will also include any mobile visits. The only way we will beat this is if we all stick to together (not literally!) & stay at home. Being self employed this wasn’t an easy decision but morally the right one.
Any one with appointments already booked I will contact when I know I can open again.
Gift voucher expiry dates will also no longer apply.
I’m will be posting information on how to stay safe, healthy and injury free for those of you still training at home 😀💪

Coronavirus(Covid-19)
The clinic is still open as normal this week.
Clean towels, couch roll and anti-bac are used as standard.
However if you are feeling unwell please contact me to reschedule your appointment (the normal cancellation policy will not apply under these circumstances..... but does not apply to forgotten appointments, hangovers, couldn’t get out of bed etc 🙄)

Starting with some corrections to my spine, some deep tissue to my lats and shoulders (which were considerably better since the last time!) and then deep tissue to the glutes, hammies and calves before the quads got dipped and scraped to death 💀

The results are instant and straight away everything felt better and the quad pump after was second to none💪🏽

Posted • Yesterday I went to to do some IASTM techniques (scraping/graston) on & he then got me back by freezing me in the chamber.....
Jokes aside, I always feel brand new after one of these & had the best nights sleep ever 😀
