Basingstoke Counselling Service is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team!
About us: Since 1985, we've been supporting our community's mental health through counselling and training. Based in central Basingstoke (just a stone's throw from War Memorial Park), our recently refurbished suite of 11 rooms provides a welcoming and professional environment.
The role:
📋 Oversee daily office operations and support our CEO
💸 Support our finance function
👥 Manage HR functions, compliance, and health & safety
💼 Build relationships with external providers
🏢 Ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently
What we offer:
⏰ 15 hours per week (flexible)
💰 £32,250 per annum (pro rata) + contributory pension
🏖️ 25 days holiday (pro rata) + public holidays
