January tends to ask a little more from us.

Slower mornings, heavier meals, less daylight.

Spirulina is good all year round, but it really earns its place in months like this. It’s naturally rich in nutrients and easy to add in without changing your routine or doing “more”.

Think of it as support, not a reset.💭

How we like to use it in winter:

– Stir a small amount into smoothies with berries or citrus
– Add to yoghurt bowls with fruit and honey
– Blend into pancakes, energy bites or breakfast bowls

A little goes a long way. Start small, keep it simple, and let it fit into what you’re already eating.
