❤️❤️ This one goes out to all that donated and made this happen ❤️❤️

⚡⚡Due to the generosity of the donations, we exceeded the initial 4 defibs we planned to install, eventually we were able to install 7 👌🏻❤️⚡⚡

❤️Our plan from the start was to donate surplus funding to the British Heart Foundation towards Heart Failure research specifically.
So, it was an absolute pleasure to meet up with Jayne Lewis and to officially donate a WHOPPING £2000 down Aberavon Beach❤️

❤️Jayne is also arranging laboratory visits for us to see the newest research in action and to experience what hope there is for people with heart failure ❤️

❤️ We are VERY grateful for all that donated as ultimately you are contributing to saving LIVES! ❤️

🍒🍒🍒This part of the project is the icing on the cake but, stay tuned for the cherry! 🍒🍒🍒

DEFIB UPDATE - NEWBRIDGE

A replacement defib is now in place and the cabinet locked and coded.

This is now available again in an emergency by dialing 999.

Thanks to Heartbeattrustuk for sorting a replacement for us.

DEFIBRILLATOR VANDALISED

UPDATE 14/07
A replacement defib is in place, this location is now available in an emergency.

Unfortunately one of our defibs has been vandalised this weekend.

Sometime before 4pm on Sunday 10th June the defib was removed from the cabinet at Newbridge Road Bridge and thrown in to the river.

Although someone has helpfully retrieved the defib from the water, it's not usable and will need to be repaired or replaced.
