✨ Your Soul Therapy- Coming (back) Soon ✨

These past few weeks of settling into our new home have been a whirlwind, but also a quiet gift. Pressing pause on treatments has reminded me just how much I miss working with my wonderful clients — the conversations, the energy, the shared intention of healing.

This little pause has also given me space to breathe, to refocus, and to feel into the direction I want my practice to grow in this new location. As I’ve been renovating your treatment room, I’ve felt so much clarity and excitement build.

I’m almost ready to open the doors again… and with views like this—trees swaying, sky wide open—I’m feeling deeply inspired for what’s ahead ✨

All set for crystal reflexology today.

I have chosen these specific crystals based on the information my client has provided about their current physical and emotional state.

As I work intuitively, these may not all be used today, some more than others, whatever I am guided to work with and where I am drawn to use them.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending another gentle and inspiring training course with Lucy of .tranquillity yesterday. Intuitive reflexology is the way I roll already, but to have confirmation, courage and confidence to trust myself and my findings with Lucy’s expert and safe hand has been truly inspiring 🙌🏼🙏🏻🫶🏻✨
