We’ve added Tuesday and Friday evenings to our schedule!

At the moment we have a 16.30 and a 17.30 up and will see how those fill, there’s always space to add more sessions so please let us know if you’d prefer another time and we’ll see what we can do!

From 1st November you can pick up your very own loyalty card ❤️

For every 5 sessions you get a 6th for free, just make sure you bring your card along with you for each session so we can stamp it.

Next time you’re in ask for your card and the team will talk you through the terms and conditions!

Is there a toilet or shower on our site? 🚽🚻🚿

Please don’t arrive much earlier than your start time. However if you do you are welcome to wait on the beach outside the site.

Your sauna session includes changing time so we really recommend arriving ready.

At the end of your session please leave the sauna promptly, our staff have 10 minutes in between the end of your session and the start of the next to get things ready.

When the next group arrives for the start of their booking ideally you should be off site, this is so they are able to come into the site and start on time.

Sorry if this all sounds a bit “shouty”. We know the site is lovely and you’re all super relaxed after sauna-ing and don’t want to be frog marched out but we want everyone to be able to enjoy all of their sauna time whether you’re first or the last people or somewhere in the middle ❤️

Spiritually, the Harvest Moon symbolizes gratitude, encouraging a reflective period to acknowledge accomplishments and release what no longer serves you.

🗻 Our spot is PERFECT for the full moon sessions, the sauna looks out over the mountains and the Menai Strait allowing for beautiful views of the moon illuminating the water!
