Christmas has always been a challenge for me emotionally,then I had Destin and he brought the magic back ✨
Now I have a new type of emotion regarding Makai not understanding …….YET (will always have faith)

People don’t go and get diagnosed because it’s fun or they want to use the hashtag or even deflect on their own sh*tty behaviour.

People go because they have struggled for far too long.

I’ve always looked at people and wish I felt the peace and regulation they show but I never have felt this.

Hence why my awakening found me with yoga and meditation to help me regulate.

But it doesn’t make it go away because when you step off the Mat your right back living uncomfortably in a world you’re were made to stick out in.

The only way I can describe it …..it’s like wearing a uncomfortable tight shoe.

Your energy field needs to be crystal clear and polished to operate on a high vibration here on earth manifesting everything sacred to you’re heart space but the Air the Water and the soil has got murky because it’s become a hard greedy ego driven place hence why we all feel out of alignment some way or the other whether that’s physically mentally or emotionally and quite frankly we are all as a collective not living in that Alignment.
Reality is real here on earth and if your not living under a rock you will visibly and energetically see it and feel it.
And that’s why it’s so important for everyone to check themselves shadows and all as we can only change the frequency by starting with ourselves warts and all.

Time to stop bypassing
Time to stop clinging to ego traps
Time to heal

It’s time to get Real and Raw for your children and maybe their children’s children.

And maybe Yoga is not your thing because you can see straight through the Love and light yoga trap,I’m just here to tell you it works but it’s not all rainbows and butterflies you have to do the work everyday to become a better human being in this current harsh reality that IS effecting EVERYONE.
