Last Postnatal Classes of this year and I can tell you how much I have enjoyed getting to know everyone that has come along.
Mothers and babies alike.
You are all amazing 💗

I get to witness the support, the acceptance, the encouragement and the connections.

Postnatal Yoga is deep and conscious breathing, movement to strengthen and stretch tired and twisted bodies, space to reconnect and re engage with yourself, share the highs and the lows AND to just pause, take a step off the treadmill and invite peace ###x

Pregnancy Yoga for emotional and physical well being.

Pregnancy is not business as usual, make space and time to BE with your pregnancy, to BE with all the ups and downs, to BE with all the changes.
Start the process of understanding yourself in Pregnancy, of nurturing yourself, of learning what it is that supports you and what doesn’t.

Come together with strangers and leave as friends.

This is not a fitness class although we do move and stretch our bodies, this is initiation into mothering ✨

I will be joined by Lucy Amusan (a pre and postnatal yoga teacher, postnatal doula, women’s circle facilitator, women’s yoga teacher) who works with expectant and new Mothers in the community.

We will be delving into the aspects of mothering which can rob us of finding joy and contentment and discussing ways to help clear and release old patterns and held beliefs.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our reunion today 💕 (including those that left before the picture).

It is always a special treat for me to see and reconnect with you after you have had your baby, to hear how things went, how things are going and how you are doing.

It is also very special to hear the conversations that are had between yourselves, they are always supportive and encouraging without being dismissive.

Finding spaces where you can be yourself and not feel pressured into thinking you need to look or act a certain way are gold 💛

Next reunion will be Friday 30th January, book in so I know you’re coming and can send you my address xx

We will be talking all thing postnatal recovery and support, the wonderful local free service that offers and Ellie’s motivation for volunteering, why postnatal support is important and what can help or hinder our transition into mothering.
