I’m celebrating my 46th birthday with a charity raffle 🎉
The prize is a whole free block of classes 🥳
This can be used for Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga or Womens Yoga xx

I’m selling tickets in classes over this week and the next and the draw will be in the last class before we break for Easter on Thursday 26th March

The money raised will be going to help mothers and babies in dire need of our support through the charity .infant.nutrition.alliance

Pregnancy Yoga helps to bring peace into your pregnancy 🤰
It’s suitable from 14 weeks right up until you are ready to give birth
You can now book onto one of my weekly classes starting either April 13th or April 16th

Mondays 8.00-9.15pm
Thursdays 7.30-8.45pm

Classes include
Movement and exercises to improve common pregnancy symptoms such as hip pain, back ache, general discomfort
Breathing practices to support labour and birth
Pelvic diaphragm breath work
Deep relaxation
Tips on everyday movement such as getting up and down off the floor safely, in and out of the car, comfortable positions in bed
Connection with other expectant women
Calming techniques to support a balanced nervous system

At times it feels like the margins or goalposts for ‘normal’ mothering are getting smaller and smaller and if we fall anywhere outside of these ridiculous expectations we are somehow failing!

Today we said goodbye 🫶
Being part of the journey as you move from Pregnancy into Postnatal is something I never get tired of.

Seeing the changes, hearing the stories being part of a supportive and welcoming community brings me hope at a time when there is not much about.

Today we reflected and shared and moved and also celebrated.

Lots of love to you all, you are all amazing and I know our paths will cross again as they so often do.
