Stress can show up in so many ways… & often we don’t even realise how much it’s affecting us until our body starts trying to tell us. Those aches & pains are its way of crying out for help, your body begging you to take care of yourself. 😪

You all know by now, I am trying to step out of my comfort zone this year. Take the plunge & get some courage to post some things I have always wanted to share on here. So here we go 😬

I have had to speed this up, as when I get going I talk ALOT. 🙈 Bit of a learning curve, audio & editing aren't quite the best but please bare with me 😂

My first little wellness tip & today we’re starting with:

✨ Belly Breathing ✨

It’s something I come back to again & again when I feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, stuck in my head or mostly to help me sleep.

Deep, slow breaths into the belly gently signal to the nervous system that we are safe. That we can soften. That we can come out of that constant “on edge” feeling & into a more regulated, grounded state.

It’s simple. It’s free. It works.

But I really want to start sharing small, accessible rituals you can use in real life. Nothing complicated, just supportive tools you can actually reach for. 🧘🏻‍♀️

In future I’ll keep them shorter & a bit more straight to the point or to the demonstration so you can access them quickly & with ease 🤍
