Stress can show up in so many ways… & often we don’t even realise how much it’s affecting us until our body starts trying to tell us. Those aches & pains are its way of crying out for help, your body begging you to take care of yourself. 😪

We live in such a fast paced world where we are constantly “on”, always doing, always giving to everything & everyone else. It becomes so easy to forget that we need someone to be there for us, to take care of us.
