So I have been rather quiet recently in my social media platforms so here is a random photo selection of the past sound baths and collaborations.

My focus has been on energy healing work, personal development, website changes and enjoying my personal life too, so posting on socials was the first thing to go.

As spring slowly approaches, the seeds are growing beneath the surface. Some phases require privacy and nurturing rather than constant visibility on socials.

And a gentle reminder…many people find February heavy, with darker, rainy and bleak days.
So try to be kind with yourself and als considerate with others.

Life seems to be going really fast the past few weeks and my posting is inconsistent but better late than ever.

I intentionally keep these ceremonies small (10–11 people) so everyone can be close to the singing bowls and fully experience the vibrations and their healing qualities.

🌕This session takes place under the Full Moon and the festival of Imbolc, a powerful moment that marks the return of light and the shift from Winter stillness toward Spring renewal.
🌸It’s an ideal time to release winter clutter, cleanse your system and set fresh intentions as new energy begins to stir.

🕔 Session 1: 6:30–7:30 pm – 4 spaces
🕖 Session 2: 8:00–9:00 pm – 4 spaces

Last night’s sound bath at The Place Theatre was the final one in this space for 2025 and what a beautiful way to close the year.

Both sessions had very different energy, one more vibrant, one more grounding and each felt deeply meaningful in its own way. That’s always a reminder that the people and the room co-creates the experience.

I want to say a big thank you to the people of Bedford for the continued support, trust and openness you bring into these sessions. It really means a lot and doesn’t go unnoticed.
And a heartfelt thank you to The Place Theatre for being such a welcoming and supportive venue. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work in this space.

Looking ahead, I’ll be back here at least once a month in 2026.

Some snippets from Sunday’s sound bath The Clophill Centre

As usual, I ran two sessions and the energy in each one was completely different. The first was vibrant and joyful, the second was slow, grounding and deeply calming. Both were beautiful in their own way. The yurt was warm, the energy was kind and the evening flowed perfectly.

If you have attended my sound baths you probably know, my style is very gentle and very grounding. I’m not playing to chase a high or to create a big dramatic experience. My intention is always to create a safe, relaxing space where people can let go, meditate and allow their nervous system to regulate. Also massively important to me and my service is that everyone is in close proximity to the singing bowls so they can really feel the vibrations in the body.

There are a few misconceptions floating around about Akashic Records readings, so I decided to put together a small carousel with 8 of the most common ones I hear.

Some of them are harmless misunderstandings and others really stop people from exploring something that could genuinely help them understand themselves better.

Number 2 is by far the one I hear the most and number 7 is my personal favourite because it’s the one that usually opens people’s eyes the quickest.
