A little bit more about myself - As well as a CBT Therapist I am also a Registered Mental Health Nurse (BSc) with 25 years' experience, my interests as both a nurse and CBT therapist encompass a wide range of mental health conditions including but not limited to - depression, anxiety, phobia, trauma, bereavement, addiction, personality disorders, anger management, domestic violence and OCD. I believe from personal and professional experience - the hardest step is to ask for help. However, sharing the concerns with an impartial person alleviates the impact of distress from the first session.
