SO SAD, to announce this:
after many years of creating.......
I am posting this with a heavy heart.
I love what I do and everything that comes with it... but I am officially done in #2026

This is taking up too much of my time. I’m struggling to keep up with the everyday chores of cooking, cleaning and maintaining the home, so something must give. I have decided to get rid of all my gear and supplies.

I've been incorporating a lot of slow mornings, slow Intentional eating, cleaning and movements rather than my usual fast, frantic ways and its honestly a game changer.

Noone set the deadlines other than myself and my own head...so I decided to ease up and slow my pace. And I found I can breath!
