Gratitude is everything 🙏 God gave us another day on this beautiful planet, ( including the rain ), a bed to sleep on ( even if you where dreaming like a crazy person and hardly slept ), food to eat ( even if it's chocolate 😁 ) air to breath ( even if there's toxins being sprayed into the atmosphere) a physical body ( Which is only a rental and not 100% healthy or fit ) WE ARE BLESSED, WE ARE HERE, EACH AND EVERYONE OF US LIVING IN THIS MOMENT🙏👌👍 Now live your day to the fullest and know you are protected, guarded and guided by source in each and every step you take. The energies are affecting us all BUT isn't it great to be alive to experience them ? May we be thankful for all we have happen today ( good, bad and ugly ) and know we can deal with it. Join me on May 31st at 7pm for a gentle, grounding Full Moon Release Circle by the sea — a space to pause, reflect, and let go of what’s been weighing on you.

We’ll gather on Killens Ballywalter Beach, surrounded by the natural elements, to slow down and reconnect. Under the energy of the full moon, this will be a safe and supportive space where you’re invited to release anything that’s been holding you back — old patterns, past hurt, anger, resentment, or anything you feel ready to leave behind.

Together, we’ll:
✨ Begin with a guided meditation to settle into the moment
✨ Reflect and share (only if you feel called to)
✨ Write down what we’re ready to release
✨ Take part in a gentle symbolic release ritual
✨ Close with intention, clarity, and a sense of lightness

Please bring:
🕯 A journal or paper & pen
🧥 Warm layers/blanket (it may get chilly)
