Belfast City Council is delighted to support Young Enterprise Northern Ireland at the launch of the 10th annual Big Market, a flagship event showcasing the entrepreneurial talents of young people from across Northern Ireland.

This milestone celebration taking place in the iconic St George’s Market will bring together hundreds of students aged 10–18, giving them the opportunity to trade their products and services with the public, gaining real-world business experience and confidence. Over the past decade, the event has grown into a vibrant celebration of youth innovation, creativity, and enterprise.

The competitive fund offers grants of up to £10,000 to help support Belfast based social enterprises and co-operatives.

It can help with:

👉staff skills development
👉new expertise

The application process includes a short application form and participation in a Dragons’ Den style pitching event.

Applications close on Tuesday 11 November at 4pm.
