It helps with relaxation, easing of tension and promotion of overall wellbeing and balance. Niamh Houghton (BCL, LLM, PGCE) has been practising Reflexology for over 10 years. In addition to working with private clients, Niamh has also worked as a complementary therapist with Marie Curie. Niamh treats both adults and children from her home in Stranmillis, Belfast.
