These are points used in Chinese medicine therapies to balance your chi and promote a good energy flow in your meridians.

When we experience emotions, our body expresses them as sensations, which, if stagnated, can accumulate low vibration energies and toxins in these points.

It’s normal to feel like a needle entering your skin when pressing these points, but it’s a discomfort that soon brings relief. I always use these points in my therapies with clients and also for self regulation.

The first step to achieving your well-being is to calm down.
And for many people, that phrase has the opposite effect of its purpose 😬

We can give commands to our body and find the path to full tranquility, but if yur nervous system is dysregulated, you might try to relax without success ☹️🤯😱

I’ve already shared with you some recommendations for mental and physical practices.

Now, I’ll share a top 🥇🥈🥉3 products I use both in my sessions and for myself during my calming moments 🌀🌀

🥇 Scalp Brush: For those who experience tension headaches and neck pain, let me introduce you to your new best friend. I prefer the ones with silicone tips, as they are more comfortable. You can use it by massaging the nape of your neck and above the ears to release tension points in the jaw, neck, and shoulders. It also prevents the appearance of wrinkles since it relieves the pressure that makes us tense the facial muscles.

🥈 Roller Massager: If you have a lot of neck pain, you probably tense your jaw.
Releasing tension in that area will relieve your neck pain, improve your lymphatic flow, and make your face more symmetrical.

🥉 Heat: It comforts and relaxes the muscles, and when we’re tense, it works as a natural pain reliever. Choose a body warmer like hot compresses, thermal pads, warm baths, or even infrared heat therapy,
they will help you upgrade your self-care and bring you closer to yourself.

Following the principles of wellbeing, I always begin sessions with an approach of calmness.
Then, restoration
and balance.

I bring these three options based on principles I’ve observed while working with massage and in life in general. If you need to recover something or address any imbalance, the first step is to calm down 🌀🤍💐

At beginning of my sessions we go to a deep relaxation with mindfulness, a infrared sauna blanket, breathing exercises, and craniosacral therapy.

After relaxation, your body reveals where the root and branches of any pain caused by an imbalance are, everything becomes clearer 🌬️

🪬🪬🪬 This is the time for you to calm down and notice each message your body is communicating to you.

The multitasking, noisy, and hectic routine doesn’t allow us to easily access high levels of relaxation ✖️✖️✖️ Therefore, this needs to be induced and reminded at various momentsIf you’re not yet in a calming mood 🌀 take small pauses, proceed slowly, and find moments to soothe your nervous system. Avoid feeling rushed or worrying about the next task you need to tackle.

Esse é um ponto turístico famoso na costa norte. A ponte da última foto foi construída pelos pescadores a 350 anos para ter acesso mais fácil aos cardumes de salmão. Carrik e Rede já foi escolhida como cenário de game of thrones e sempre está cheia de visitantes.

Eu quis aproveitar essa vista linda e gravar uns vídeos de massagem, então montamos um cenário no topo do cliff e passamos a tarde fazendo massagem.
