I am a local sports coach & injury rehabilitator with 15 years in the industry, I am qualified in various modalities of injury rehab and also fitness coaching with a Higher National Diploma in sports coaching & Development of Sports In addition I coach group fitness class programmes inc LBT, Spinfit, Circuits, kettlebells, Les Mills Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Balance.
