MUGWORT.
The Watcher Between Worlds.

In the Old Ways 🧙 Mugwort was never a fashionable herb or a social media ritual.
She was a guardian.

She was carried for protection.
Burned to clear interference.
And drunk as an infusion to steady the spirit, protect the dream gate, and hold the psychic field firm.

Mugwort does not fling doors open.
She decides what may pass.

This is why she has always belonged to seers, midwives, walkers between, and those who travel the inner worlds. Taken as a tea ☕️ , she works gently through the body, reinforcing personal and energetic boundaries while keeping perception clear, protection with awareness, not numbness.

Mugwort teaches sovereignty.
She strengthens the edges of the self.

When you work with Mugwort infusion, the movement matters:

Clockwise is to seal, strengthen, and protect.
“I am protected and safe in all I do.”

Anti clockwise is to release fear, intrusion, and old insecurity
“I release fears and insecurities.”

This is not a herb of force.
It is a herb of remembering.

When the body remembers its edges, the spirit stands steady.
When the field is clear, protection no longer needs effort.

The Old Ways were never loud.
They were precise.
And they worked because they honoured the body, the spirit, and the space between.
