Sound - specifically the voice - is the first instrument.

In temples and sacred spaces around the world, priestesses and mystics worked with voice, chant and sacred instruments to hold an energetic field of ritual and prayer with the web of life.

Sound was used to guide consciousness into remembrance, harmony and connection with the unseen currents of life.

When we allow the voice to rise from the heart, it becomes something more than just sound. It becomes a messenger of the heart. A current of vibration that can carry prayer into the subtle layers of the world.

In this way the voice becomes a kind of prism. A channel through which something sacred can move, expressing itself through vibration.

Through my work with crystal bowls, voice and the Frequency of Light technique, I continue to explore this ancient relationship between sound, consciousness and the great mystery of life.

Each cohort becomes a space of listening and remembrance, where we gently rediscover the intelligence of vibration and the quiet wisdom of the heart.

A prayer for the women of the world who are living through war…

For the women whose bodies and voices are still controlled by systems that deny their freedom.

For the mothers protecting their children in places of conflict.

For the daughters growing up beneath the shadow of violence and oppression.

May they be held.
May they be protected.
May the ancient power of the Divine Feminine rise again through the hearts of humanity, not as domination, but as compassion, wisdom and fierce love.

On this International Women’s Day, may we remember that the feminine is not only something to celebrate in philosophy. It is something deep and profound within each of us - to protect, honour and listen to. πŸ‰

May the Mother’s voice rise through us all.
May every woman know safety.
May every woman know peace.
May every woman know she is a sacred gift to this world.

✨ DIVINE UNION ✨

There is a moment in the ancient myths when love becomes stronger than death. 🌹

When the world fractures, when the beloved is lost, when everything appears scattered and broken… and yet devotion refuses to fade. ❀️‍πŸ”₯

Inspired by the myth of Isis and Osiris, the song carries the memory of a love that transcends separation. In the old Egyptian story, Osiris is torn apart and scattered across the land, and it is Isis who journeys across the earth gathering the fragments of his body, guided by grief, devotion and an unwavering knowing that love cannot truly be destroyed.

Piece by piece she remembers him back into wholeness.

It is one of the oldest stories we have of sacred reunion. Not just between lovers, but between the masculine and feminine currents that live within the soul itself.

β€˜Divine Union’ is a meditation on that remembering.

A sonic prayer for the reunion of the inner polarities. Sun and moon. Spirit and body. Stillness and creation. The eternal dance of consciousness finding itself again in love.

There felt something beautifully fitting about this song choosing to arrive on Friday the 13th - a day long associated with the sacred feminine before it was ever labelled unlucky. In many ancient traditions, Friday belonged to the goddess, and thirteen marked the lunar cycles that guide the rhythms of the feminine body. 🌹

So this release feels like a small offering back to that ancient remembering. A rose placed gently at the altar of love that cannot be broken. 🌹

This lunar year has felt incredibly beautiful so far… but also quietly tender, even painful at times.

There have been moments of breathtaking expansion. Flashes of profound joy, deeper connection, creativity returning, and a sense that something meaningful is unfolding beneath the surface of everyday life. And yet, alongside that beauty, many of us have felt the heat.

The Year of the Fire Horse carries transformative energy. Fire brings light, but it also asks for change. It burns away what we’ve outgrown and invites us into greater honesty with ourselves. This year feels less like gentle growth and more like deep and transformational expansion.

Being forged in fire is not a soft beginning. It is like a phoenix taking its first breath among embers, the old self turning to ash even as new wings begin to form. The fire brings total transformation, change and new beginnings.

And now, as we approach the total lunar eclipse and Full Moon in Virgo, the fire meets the earth. Virgo calls us back into the body, into daily rituals, into care and simplicity. Eclipses reveal what needs to be released, and this one feels like a purification. A clearing of patterns, habits and inner pressures that no longer support who we are becoming.

The fire awakens us.
Virgo helps us integrate the changes.

So if this year has felt both magical and intense, expansive and emotional, you are likely moving with its rhythm. We are not falling apart. We are being forged, then gently reshaped into something more aligned, more honest, more whole.

During the Lionsgate portal of 2025, I received a quiet transmission that reshaped my understanding of channelling.

It didn’t arrive as a vision or external voice, but as a gentle inner knowing while I played my crystal bowls overlooking the valleys of Abergavenny. Everything felt profoundly still and quiet.

I remember I was rereading Tom Kenyon’s The Hathor Material, and as the Sun and Sirius aligned, something softly awakened within me.

The Frequency of Lightβ„’ technique was being born.

Looking back, I can see I had been prepared for this moment for years through spontaneous energy activations and unexpected healing experiences that seemed to arrive out of nowhere, gradually expanding my system to hold a new frequency.

Only weeks earlier I had finalised my comprehensive sound healing training, yet I felt called to release it. I had to practice non-attachment in action to let go. In the gnosis that everything prior to this moment had been preparation.

In that moment I understood: channelling isn’t external to us. It is becoming still enough to hear what is already present. What has always been whispering deep within the heart.

From this, Frequency of Lightβ„’ emerged as a fifth dimensional sound and energy healing technique, working with crystalline sound and the language of light to meet the consciousness of a new age now being born. An advanced technique in sound therapy and self-mastery for those seeking sincere change and expansion in their lives, and to help others.

Our collective frequency is changing. We are expanding and learning to hold greater coherence, unity and heart centred awareness as the fifth dimensional frequency arises within and without.

It began quietly, with crystalline soundscapes moving across the mountains… and the realisation that I was not creating the music but that I was the instrument - endlessly expanding, quietening and opening to attune to a more loving vibration. ✨β™₯️

RED ROSE FREQUENCY is a gentle, sonic offering woven through the heart of the Venus path, created to accompany this sacred moment as Venus rises once more as the Evening Star. In the ancient myth of Inanna, the descent was never the end of the story. After surrendering all that was false, she returns crowned in truth and wisdom learned from the dark, ascending again as Queen of Heaven and Earth. Rooted deep within the earth yet blooming toward the light, it connects us to ancestral memory, to the living breath of the land, and to the ancient current of devotion that runs through Albion and beyond. Its frequency speaks of grounding and devotion, of returning to the body as a sacred vessel. That path of awakening is not up and out.

Venus now rises as the evening star, and with her comes the ancient remembrance of Inanna returning from the underworld crowned in her own truth. πŸ‰πŸŒΉ

This marks a shift in frequency here on Gaia. Across eight sacred new moon rose gates, the feminine current is slowly weaving its way back into the body of Gaia and ascending to Queen of Heaven. Rising through devotion, beauty and embodied presence - not power over, but power within, wisdom learnt in the dark.

As Venus glows in dusk, we are invited to walk Her rose path. To release old identities, to reclaim the voice, to remember that heaven and earth were never separate within us.

This poem came through to me whilst sitting at my altar recently ❀️‍πŸ”₯

There are moments in the great turning of time when the path behind us dissolves. Eclipse season opens the threshold, the Year of the Fire Horse ignites momentum beneath our feet, and the Aquarian current calls us toward a future shaped by truth rather than habit. With Venus rising once more as the evening star, and the historic meeting of Saturn and Neptune in Aries, a sacred remembering stirs through the body of the Earth and within the chambers of the heart.

There’s No Going Back Now is a deep sonic transmission created for this irreversible crossing.

As eclipses rearrange our karmic design, the Fire Horse brings courage and acceleration for soul expansion. The Age of Aquarius brings liberation, authenticity and awakened sight. Venus, luminous in the dusk, guides the reclamation of feminine wisdom and the remembrance of beauty as a force of transformation.

This journey invites you to stand at the edge of the known and listen for the rhythm of a new horizon. To welcome endings without resistance. Death, rebirth. To honour the falling away of former selves, and the fierce birth of something truer.
