✨ Reflexology helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” state) and your stomach rumbling signals that the body is shifting out of “fight or flight” mode and into a relaxed, restorative state. This shift promotes digestion, healing, and recovery.

✨ Reflexology stimulates digestive reflex points so the rumbling indicates that energy is flowing freely through the digestive system again.

✨ Rumbling can signal the release of energy blockages, particularly those related to emotional stress stored in the gut so it’s a sign of the body processing and letting go of tension.

Amazing right? So never apologise for your stomach rumbling in your reflexology treatment. I see it is a very good sign!
