It’s become so normalised in society to be overwhelmed at work that often we stop questioning how much pressure we are being put under by or employment and ourselves.

But anxiety at work is rarely about capability, it’s often about the environment.

So if you feel anxiety at work you’re not weak or “bad at coping.” It is probably your nervous system responding exactly as it should, telling you that the environment you’re working in isn’t actually working for you.
