Are you exhausted: mentally, physically; can’t sleep, well there are some essential oil that can help. For the mornings; you need stimulant essential oils & for night times, you need calming essential oils to send the correct hormonal messages to your body & mind. Basil is beautiful, but can over stimulate, so only use a couple of drops & always dilute in a carrier oil or essential oil burner (mornings are best for basil).
