From whole foods and supplements, fibre helps:
💚 keep your weight healthy
💚 support a happy gut
💚improve protein absorption
My breakfast and lunch give me around 4g of fibre each, plus what I get from whole foods. To hit my RDA of 25g, I love adding a scoop of oat apple fibre & (that’s an extra 5g).

Why did I choose Herbalife ?

I liked the fact that it is a lifestyle not a diet .
Instead of skipping breakfast I now look forward to my morning shake .
I’m felt a positive change in less than a week.
I found the daily routine so simple.
It didn’t feel restricted.
My body changed, my sleep & my self confidence improved.
I’ve formed so many friendships.
I’m helping others because I firstly helped myself.
