Is your Heart grieving, full of sadness or feeling an emotional loss?
Don’t be hard on yourself. Give yourself time to recover. No two people are the same; some take longer than others to overcome a broken Heart. Don’t let others dictate your recovery time. Only you can be the judge of this. Your Heart will let you know when you are ready to feel joy and happiness again.
If you experience a loss or a break-up, whether this is a loved one or a close friend, it can sometimes translate into loneliness, disappointment or a lack of love. As a result, you may shut yourself away from your world of contacts, and you may suddenly realise there is only “you”.
Remember, one step at a time — patience is a virtue. The Heart Chakra is the centre of your being; it represents who you are. Healing is not a race; as long as you keep taking small steps forward, you are already transforming.
Meditating and loving yourself is a good place to start. You must trust your Heart, honour your feelings and, slowly, slowly, your confidence will return.
We are all stronger than we realise.
