We are recruiting! Are you an experienced support worker looking for a full-time position at our supported living service in Welling? If you are we would welcome an application from you. We would ideally like you to possess the following:
• At least 3 years experience working with people with learning disabilities
• Genuinelly passionate about caring for and supporting people
• Proactive
• Good understanding of learning disabilities and autism
• Team player that uses their initiative
• Willing to undertake training
• Ability to work 37 hours a week over shifts 8-3, 3-10 and some sleep-ins

*RECRUITING CASUAL BANK WORKERS* If you are a support worker with experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and are available at short notice on an adhoc basis, we would love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting casual bank workers on zero hour contracts to support the service as and when needed. Are you passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and support to adults with learning disabilities? Are you outcome focused, caring, compassionate and resilient? Are you willing to work with people to develop their independent living skills, support them to attend activities and look for fun and exciting opportunities within the local community? Do you want to work for a company who value and care about their staff too? If you answered yes to the above then we would love to hear from you. Experience within the caring sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. As long as you have the right attitude then we would love to hear from you. Our service is based in Welling and we would need staff to work various shifts throughout the day and evening including sleep ins. You will start as a bank support worker and once established can progress to a permanent contract. You must be able to adapt to change and move with the times as health and social care is constantly changing, so we need you to be on board with this too.
