I just wanted to say hello 👋🏻 and welcome to February! We made it through January!

As an Aquarius, February has always been special to me. ❤️

I’m optimistic that the days are lengthening and the light is returning, like they always do.

This winter has felt particularly long…I’m struggling with a virus that just won’t quit, and as a result I’ve had to put my hypnotherapy on pause….it’s very difficult with a hacking cough! I’m on the mend now, thankfully, and hope to be back to normal very soon!

“I had my first Reiki today with Carolyn. I was a little apprehensive, which I really needn’t have been. With soothing music and a glorious scent in the air, I soon started to relax. Carolyn’s touch was light and I could feel the tension within my body lifting.
