Hey lovely souls! Just a quick note to say the apothecary is closed today because I’ve caught the lurgy. Yes, it seems even herbalists can get under the weather—shocking, I know! 😷 ⁣

But fear not! I’ve got my trusty herbs, a killer supplement protocol and, of course, the best medicine of all: cuddles from my Lakeland Terrier, Eggs, and our resident stray superstar, Moriarty, the Pannier Market cat. 🐾❤️ ⁣
