Very much a highlight reel of the last few months, some moments of joy squeezed into a VERY stressful time. Sounds dramatic, probably is, but anyway, I felt it deeply.
Of course we don't upload the messy bits.

So if you’ve been there as an ear to listen, let me complain, be dramatic, and cry a lot, then thank you.

Grateful for the memories and endless lessons learnt.

7 day Awakening Yoga Intensive with in Manchester 🤸🏼‍♀️🌀👌🏻

I can’t explain the rollercoaster of emotions between booking this trip last year and then thinking I’d have to miss it due to work > then maybe I could just about make it >> finally finding out I CAN make it > to then ending up in A&E with my shoulder > leading to multiple melt downs and drama > thinking I was destined NOT to go >>>>> which soon became the BEST week ever. 🌀😵‍💫☺️

The mind will tell you otherwise BUT the body persists and the body is so much more capable than you give it credit for.

Never in a million years did I think I’d be doing 3 hours a day of practice with my shoulder and lack of practice, let alone be upside down. 🤸‍♀️

But it was exactly what I needed.

Amazing people, amazing lessons learnt, much needed time away from work.
