Brief assessment of your feet and a few questions relating to your general health and what you expect and would like from your treatment. A refreshing foot soak,
Removal of any nail products that may be present,
Exfoliation and moisturisation of the skin of feet and lower legs,
Soothing massage of the feet and lower legs,
Nail cut/trim and file
Cuticle tidy
Nail buff and polish
Hard skin removal from feet
Application of deep norishing cream and nail oils. Application of nail polish if required. From £20
I cannot treat foot conditions and in some cases a referral to a podiatrist maybe more appropriate. Reflexology is is an ancient holistic therapy that many believe can help rebalance the bodies natural energy. It stimulates the reflex points and enables the ‘chi’ or ‘Prana’ to unblock and flow freely again. It is said that it helps with our general physical and emotional well being. Many people enjoy the treatments for general relaxation, stress relief, better sleep and even pain relief. Reflexology unfortunately cannot cure anything but many find it is a lovely complementary therapy along side mainstream medicine and therapies. From £30
