A gentle afternoon to soften & breathe

We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement, allowing the breath to guide the body, calm the nervous system, and release held tension in a safe, intuitive way

From there, we’ll ease into a relaxed social moment with light snacks and refreshments. A chance to ground, connect, and gently chat with others in the space

The afternoon then flows into a heart-opening ceremony and intention setting with Cacao, followed by a guided meditation and sound to soothe the mind, relax the body, and fill your mind and body with self-love, safety, and rest

This is your invitation to slow down, soften the edges of the week, and pour back into your own heart ✨
