We’ll begin the afternoon with somatic movement, a gentle practice of stretching and intuitive body connection. This isn’t about performance or perfection, it’s about presence. You’ll be guided to move slowly and consciously, engaging the core, releasing stored tension, and awakening the body’s natural intelligence. Somatic movement helps you land fully in the moment, creating space for calm and ease
After movement, we’ll share light, nourishing snacks and herbal tea before settling into our cacao ceremony
The cacao acts as a heart-opening medicine. A beautiful way to set intentions, soften, and reconnect with your inner self. As we sip together, you’ll be guided through a visual meditation and sound journey, designed to quiet the mind, release emotional weight, and awaken your intuition. The sounds and vibrations will support deep relaxation and integration, helping you feel balanced and clear
To close, we’ll share an oracle card pull, offering gentle guidance and insight for the path ahead
Each guest will also receive a gift bag to take home, a small reminder of the peace, presence, and intention you’ve created throughout the day
