I received this lovely testimonial from the mother of a lovely young client who I worked with recently to overcome her choking phobia. It's such a privilege to do this work and to see the changes in my clients.

My daughter had a choking phobia after some traumatic events and had been on a liquid only diet for 18 months. Louise was so good with my daughter from the start. I really didn’t know much about hypnosis before but after my daughter had her first session she was able to eat some solid food and we didn’t need many sessions before she was back to eating a normal diet. I'm so touched to have received this lovely card from a client who I worked with recently to overcome her needle phobia of 35 years! She wrote "I just wanted to say thank you again for helping me to be free of my phobia after 35 years - it feels truly amazing!"
It just reminds me how lucky I am to do a job that I love and to work with such lovely people!

EMDR is a wonderful way to treat trauma including PTSD, anxiety, depression and phobia among other things.
Here is a lovely testimonial that I received recently from I client who I worked with for PTSD.

Louise, I knew I wasn’t good but didn’t realise how bad it was until you did EMDR with me. I literally went from numb, no internal feelings, no emotion and just existing to being present in the room, feeling and seeing happiness / emotion in things. How on earth that happened in one session is beyond me - but I felt it shifting right there, right then. I can’t do it justice in explaining it but I can’t thank you enough.
