I have always been one who loves to help others, so, I decided to tie my passions together and work towards becoming a counsellor. I began by studying holistic counselling and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Alongside this, I had taken a big personal interest in meditation and breathwork, which led me to decide to study hypnotherapy. I am now fully qualified in all of these areas and I have had great feedback from clients.

Every time I film content, I start off composed but end up breaking out in this red rash from stress.

Even though I feel relatively calm and despite me knowing logically there is nothing to fear, my body still reacts this way.

So, I’m going to train my mind and body out of this reaction through subconscious reprogramming (hypnotherapy) and using conscious tools to keep me calm.
