There’s another side to my business called Healing Elements. As much as I like doing my readings I am absolutely dedicated to helping people who are in need of healing due to life’s problem stress anxiety and depression. I offer several different healing services.
REIKI is the most common one that people tend to know. A none contact energy healing working in your aura. Clearing out negative energy leaving you lifted refreshed and revitalised. Also heals on the physical problems too.
CRYSTAL BED I have a crystal / heated infused matress which brings crystal healing to a whole new level. People who have experienced time lying on the bed have described feeling tingling, the energy of the crystals healing them to their very core. The heat is beneficial to physical ailments like arthritis and high blood pressure, circulation problems. I use the bed jointly with a reiki session if requested
SOUND HEALING I offer gong and drumming and singing bowl healing. The sound omits healing frequencies into the air around you and the hertz sounds omitted causes a reaction in the body shifting negative energy as you lie and listen to the beautiful sounds.
I sometimes jointly use this with the crystal bed as a deep healing experience
ANUSHA HEALING this is similar to reiki in format as you lie on the bed but certain symbols are used to heal specific ailments. They are drawn into the aura. Again can be used with the crystal mat if requested
FOREST BATHING this is the ultimate healing experience undertaken outside. I have a private secure piece of woodland where you are taken to heal in nature. Nature is believed to be the ultimate healing system. I invite you to connect to nature in different ways throughout the session where you may let go of things that you are holding onto to promote healing. These healing walks will take place when spring begins
MEDITATING As a teacher of meditation I will show you during our one to one sittings how meditating can help you relax and connect with your inner self to promote healing caused by past life experiences in your childhood or even more recent trauma.
