As demand for accessible passenger transport continues to grow, PLS has seen a steady increase in service activity across both new and existing installations.
This growth reflects how operators are placing greater emphasis on preventative maintenance, long-term reliability and responsive technical support. In practical terms, this has meant supporting a wider installed base, increased call-out volumes and more planned maintenance programmes.
To support this demand, the PLS service team has expanded to include three customer support staff in the office, two dedicated parts staff, and seven service engineers providing technical support across PLS installations nationwide.
This structure enables PLS to support customers throughout the operational life of their passenger lift systems.
