💙Hi everyone!💙
We hope you are all enjoying your Christmas and New year break!
Unfortunately we have been notified of a horrible strain of bird flu very close to us in Alvechurch.
Obviously we are very worried for our flock and are taking every precaution we possibly can.
In light of this our fabulous flock will be kept in their enclosed run and only myself will be dealing with them so they will not be a part of sessions for a while in order to minimise risk to them.
We have a shoe dip at our gate that everyone must use and the coop area will be taped off to clients.
We ask any clients who have their own chickens/ducks/geese etc to take some extra precautions for the sake of our birds and yours.
Please do not come to us in any clothes or shoes you have been in contact with your flock in and vise versa. Please do not go to your own flock at all before you come to your session with us on that day.
This threat of bird flu is very real and very scary and we want to do everything we can to keep our birds alive and well without closing completely.

💙☃️A Very Merry Christmas☃️💙
To all our HME family and friends, thank you for all your support over this year, we have had a massive year with our big move to Moat farm and the addition of Nutmeg and Nettles and of course lovely baby Olive hen!

🎁🎀🎄Next year will hopefully see us offering the street games funded places again starting at Easter! With some non funded activity days in the February half term too!🎄🎀🎁

💙☃️We can't wait for the year ahead! The ponies are turned away now for the christmas period and recharging their batteries ready for the 2nd January 2026!☃️💙
