Finding out AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN about who your dream guest is, what they like doing/don’t like doing, what their hobbies are, what their financial situation is, what commitments they have etc etc is THE WAY to make sure your Retreat is full.

By knowing everything about your dream Retreat guest, you’ll be able to create Retreats & events that are EXACTLY what they want and need. It will also make things soooooo much easier for you, in terms of marketing and advertising your Retreats, because you’ll be super clear on who it’s for, where they spend their time online and how to reach them.

It’s how I have been successfully selling out my Retreats for the last 8 years!

When is the best time to start planning your Retreats for the following year?

Because believe it or not, there is a best time which will get you SOLD OUT!

So, WHEN is the right time?

Well this will really depend on your dream clients, so if you’ve done the foundational work on this, you’ll know every little detail about them! But a few things to think about:

📆 Do they need to book annual leave from their job?

👶 Do they need to schedule in childcare?

💰 Do they need plenty of time to save up money/spread the cost?

For me, I tend to advertise my weekend Retreats 10-12 months in advance. This gives my clients plenty of time to get all their commitments sorted and plenty of time to work out their finances.
