💼 The Role

You’ll work 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends, following a structured rota. Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing high-quality clinical reports
• Supporting service development and quality improvement
• Engaging in CPD and ongoing training
• Ensuring care plans are person-centred and up to date
• Administering medication safely and professionally
