Join Cygnet Hospital Godden Green as a Support Services Manager, overseeing all non-clinical areas.
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm) offers the chance to make a positive impact in a therapeutic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage non-clinical hospital functions (e.g. hospitality, HSE, Fire Regs) within budget.
- Provide administrative support for contractual compliance and clinical updates.
- Lead project management and investigations while participating in audits and policy development.
- Handle complaints and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support staff in appraisals, training, and meetings.
- Collaborate on service development and manage cost centres.
