We’re for a full‑time Maintenance Operative to join our team at Norcott House in Liversedge, West Yorkshire.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 9–5, supporting a safe, well‑maintained environment for the people we care for.

This is a roaming role, so every day brings something new. 🚐🔧

Norcott House is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs — a place where your work truly makes a difference ❤️

🔧 Your day-to-day will include:
Comprehensive maintenance & repair work
Basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building tasks
Keeping plant, services & vehicles in top condition
Following safe working practices & reporting hazards
Fire alarm testing & fire safety checks
Travelling to additional sites when needed
