• Please ensure your dm’s are open otherwise I will select someone else, as I will not reach out to you via the comment section for confidentiality reasons
• After being selected, we will need to have a 15 minute consultation to discuss what you’d like from therapy and see if we’re a good match for each other. If you’re happy with that, we can proceed
• Please respond to emails/messages quickly so that we can commence therapy the week beginning January 12th
• You will be offered one therapy session a week either via video call or phone call.
