After seeing videos of me running and trying to run fast recently, thank you ! I have realised that there is a lot of tightness in my upper body, shoulders and arms I really need to work on. I am pretty sure this will be affecting my ability to run smoothly and quiclly and it looks like it is affecting my arm drive which of course assists in running greatly.... I also look like a lego man trying to run 😆
So as well as doing all the running work, and the gym work, I clearly need to do a good bit of mobility work on my upper body. I would never have spotted this with out the videos so thank you again Carmen!
It really does go to show that it's important to have someone there sometimes helping with form and offering guidance regardless of the form of exercise!
