Closes a form of escape

Escape from stress
Escape from sorrow
Escape from negative emotions
Escape from negative thoughts

I don't like to address things often as there is many emotions flying around and many opinions

But I have to speak here
I truly hope for covid to end like everyone else and want to do all I can to get it there as well
But mental health was a worry In ireland before Covid...and it still is

Covid cases "may" drop
But negative mental health cases will grow

Let us remind ourselves
Ireland has a issue with mental health and combating it
We have some of the biggest cases of depression and su***de rates

You take away the people's form of physical therapy , natural physical medicines, you cause the growth of this long standing issue

I wish to say to absolutely everyone fearing these next few weeks

Stay strong, stay hungry, stay moving and stay grinding!

Hopefully the government realises their mistake

Nowadays an easy enough accomplishment for many businesses and professionals
Unfortunately i have never been too involved with social media so was always gonna be difficult

Trainers nowadays require a social media presence and this is where I kinda fall short

But! We made it!
I just wanna say thank you all for following and becoming a apart of my PT life! To former clients and to all the people who followed along the way
Thank you!!!!

100 to many is not a lot
But to me it was a hard target to hit
So no matter how stupid it may seem
I'm chuffed haha 🤣 every victory is a victory no matter how small or big!

All day moving!
Pics from a lil challenge I set myself yesterday and just enjoying the sights!

Decided to go out into nature yesterday but also instead of using public transportation, run to it
Ran from mine to rathmines in 46mins (big challenge since I haven't concentrated on running in a lil while)

From there to a lovely valley that my friends brought me too!
Filled with irish and celtic history, a lovely place to just walk around and take in!!

Thanks to and for the day!

Today's meal!

Avocado and scrambled eggs on wholemeal bun!

1 medium avocado(sliced )
3 large eggs (scrambled)
Wholemeal bun (toasted)
Tiny bit of butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of mixed herbs
