Ex-Athletes!
You don’t need a new workout plan,
You need a new relationship with your training.
Being a former athlete myself, I thought I need a new training plan. What I needed was a new mindset and a few new goals to work towards 🧠 🎯
Doing the work was the “easy” part for me.
But just like you I had to make a choice…
Do I choose to change my relationship with training or do I choose not to bother with it at all until I may begin to regret it one day?
